400 River is a multi-level luxury residential apartment building in downtown Davenport, which is located in the heart of Davenport’s revitalized downtown at the corner of River Drive and Ripley Street. 400 River offers owners a view that takes advantage of the beautiful Mississippi River.
On this project, we started from the ground up with site grading, then leading into footing and foundations adding on the decorative retaining wall. We encountered poor soils which required excavation.
Leading into an interior slab on grades and finishing up with exterior site concrete work and streetscapes. Overall, we felt that even though we encountered some roadblocks, we were able to provide high-quality concrete.
